ANTELOPE
What is known as Antelope today mostly began as a planned community in the late 1980s. Due to the relative newness of the community, most homes are new and the area is well planned out.
CARMICHAEL
Carmichael has an elevation of 125 ft., is 17 square miles, has a zip code population of 72,000, has one of only two regional libraries in Sacramento County, a trauma center, Mercy San Juan Medical Center.
CITRUS HEIGHTS
Though people have settled and been living in the Citrus Heights area since the Gold Rush days of California, the city did not officially become incorporated until January of 1997.
LINCOLN
Lincoln is an All-American City and a great place to live. In 2006 the National Civic League designated Lincoln as an All-American City.It was the only California city to be named that year and one of only 10 total cities.
MARYSVILLE
Marysville was once known as the Gateway to the Gold Fields. Marysville became a destination in 1849 when it became a stopping point for riverboats carrying miners on their way to the digging grounds.
NATOMAS
The Sleep Train Arena is the major feature of the Natomas area of Sacramento. Natomas is also home to a variety of outdoor spaces including bike trails and parks. One of the newest additions is North Natomas Regional Park.
NORTH HIGHLANDS
North Highlands is a census-designated place (CDP) in Sacramento County, California, United States. It is part of the Sacramento–Arden-Arcade–Roseville Metropolitan Statistical Area.
PLUMAS LAKE
Plumas Lake is a master-planned exurb covering 8.4 square miles located 40 miles north of Sacramento on the Feather River. This area is unincorporated as a city. Construction of homes in Plumas Lake began in 2003.
ROCKLIN
Located in the heart of Placer County with rolling hills and views of the mountains, Rocklin is a wonderful place to live and raise a family because it has quality schools, abundant recreational activities, and a high commitment to public safety.
ROSEVILLE
Roseville is the most populated city in Placer County and is a great place to live. Roseville offers some of the most options for shopping and restaurants in the entire Sacramento & Placer County regions and has lots of outdoor activities.
SACRAMENTO
There are many choices for residents of Sacramento when it comes to dining. In 2012 Sacramento began marketing itself as “America’s Farm-to-Fork Capital” due to the number of restaurants that source their food locally.
YUBA CITY
Yuba City was founded along with several other towns in the area in 1849, during the gold rush in California.Even though Yuba City remained a small town for quite a few years it has been the county seat of Sutter County since 1856.
